My Story
Nick here, accidental granola maker and founder of Midnite Granola!
When I started my first bakery, Midnite Bagel, we had one pastry on the menu: an "Everything Cookie," chockful of my favorite ingredients: Pecans, black sesame seeds, coconut, dried cranberries, molasses.....
After a few weeks, one of our regular customers suggested we make a granola with the same ingredients, so we did!
