After a lifetime of not being super excited by granola, we decided to try making a fun, modern granola we might enjoy: Boldly baked, barely sweet, with a perfect balance between fatty, umami, and tart, and based on some of our favorite ingredients (black sesame, cardamom, dried mulberries, coconut, molasses).
