BLACK SESAME, COCONUT, & PECAN

Our barely sweet, umami-y ode to black sesame seeds, one of our favorite ingredients.  We coat the oats and pecans with organic SOOM tahini sweetened with clover honey, agave, and just a hint of brown sugar and molasses, and then bake everything hot and fast until the oats are toasty and fragrant.  Finished with toasted coconut chips and organic apple-juice dried cranberries.
