We love this granola so much, mostly because we are cardamom freaks and the sticky, resinous Guatemalan Ground Forest Cardamom seeds from Burlap & Barrel are unlike any we've ever tasted.

The cashew-mulberry-coconut combo is mellow and subtle on it's own, and when you get a cardamom hit the whole things becomes pretty darn bewitching.  

Amazing mixed into yogurt, on top of ice cream, and served alongside fresh fruit from the farmers market-- figs and plums in the summer, citrus and persimmons in the winter.

Reminds us of the song Cumulous Potion, by Salami Rose Joe Louis.
